I wish we had 0 rating option. We had appointment for blood test and couple of other tests (as per per PED recommendation). We had to drive for 30 mins to reach the place and after we went into the lab, they said they don't have tubes to collect the sample for one of the test. When we questioned them, it was rude behavior from staff and we were asked to vacate the place. When they expect us to take appointment, we expect to let us know if the tests can be done at the location or not. We do not need to drive all the way to your place to know this. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Walk-ins are NOT welcome despite what the website and phone number says. I have a very busy work schedule so I came here on my day off. Tried to call them to inquire how busy it was / if I’d be able to walk in. I could not get a hold of a person in the lab to speak to but the automated message said walk-ins welcome. I did not mind having to wait, but I was not allowed to do a walk in appointments. Don’t waste your time

No good No good BAD diagnostics I do not advise anyone to take this place for any tests, I have been waiting for 1 week and still not. The serving staff told me that we were very busy and said wait without any explanation

It was easy to make an online afternoon appointment in the morning. I also appreciate a previous review advising to not park in the garage since those spaces are reserved--the outdoor parking lot is plentiful. We didn't have to wait too long to be called in, from the waiting room, for a blood test once we checked in. The tech who drew the blood, Jacob, was very professional & calmed my 6 year old daughter during the process so she didn't cry:) It seems like walk-ins have to wait a long time, so it's better to make an appt beforehand. I'll be back in the future the next time someone in my family needs a blood test.
