No I believe they may have chips or some snack items but not actually a restaurant.

You can go in with your receipt not sure if you still to get signed in cuz your not official until your sworn in.. Just call to be safe either way you should not have an issue.... Also not sure if you could sign in another person until your sworn in so if this is a concern just ask
Yeah you have to be a member but after that you can stay at any Moose Lodge. This one is $300 month electric and water included. No sewer hookup but they have a sewer dump.
