We were taken advantage of because we were traveling from Michigan and broke down. Our starter went on the way to take care of our destroyed home in Fort Myers. They charged me $989 for the starter! The online estimator for that zip code is $275-500. They charged me “diagnostic fees” to justify this rediculous price. Let everyone know this dealership takes advange of people in distress. Shameful.

We bought a tire. Only purchased the tire. Didn't not have it mounted. So why was we charged $13.70 for shop supplies? Also delt with sarcasm when questioned the charge. Very disappointing visit.

Call the Ford Motor Co.pany and ask to speak to the sales manager.

I’m very disappointed right now. I purchased a vehicle. 2016 Jeep Patriot. The salesman said I had to have a warranty because they were selling the car so cheap. He said the the salesman needed to make x amount on car.
