Would be a great place if management was doing their job at keeping clean and making sure the tenants did their job as well. Which is go by the lease agreement the neighbors are rude and loud. They have no respect for the people who they stay next to. When you complain you gets nothing doing no matter how many pictures and complaints you make. But park wrong and someone complains about that you get a twelve day notice of removal. SMH The tenants trash the place and not held accountable for it. Basically the tenants run Cedar Park. No peace or privacy and no respect from the neighbors will smoke cigarettes two or more people smoking not even caring you as a person don’t smoke. Second hand smoke is the worst.

I went to Cedar Park apartments this morning for the first time pulled in and went around to the back. I was frankly appalled at the amount of trash everywhere. There is a lot more I could say, but it all boils down to where is the manager and when will it be cleaned up?
