Worse experience EVER! We donate on the other bus all the time. 1st EVER doing it here, we did the platelets. Which they said was 40.00 very long story... short. Never received mine! Then after a total during all this of 3 calls to the local office. And 4 trips, in person. Actually after first trip, I finally received the gift, but it was only 20.00! I have yet to receive the other 20.00 plus the worker's ran down one blood!! And they are way better to deal with!! Won't return back here! if I finally receive my 20.00 and h#ll hasn't froze over yet. I will fix this, not before! Mind you, it's been almost a month now since we donated!! 🤬

They do a very important jobs...serving lives...no substitute for blood, platelets, etc. One donation could save up to three lives...one person...wow!!!
