If possible I would give no star mangers on site is great but management offsite is very unprofessional/lack of communication in June 2022 there was a flood a water pipeline broke my belongings in one of my two rental units was damage site manger verified damages with pics/report I tried to contact higher management on numerous times no response I tried to file a claim through SmartStop protection plan I was informed that the plan does not cover floods. Finally in early August Patrick (Regional Manager) relocated my belongings to a vacate unit and he still has not follow up to address my concerns regarding my belongings that was damage. I sent letter and pics to Smartstop in the end of August 2022 and this matter to-date October 2022 is still not address no one has contacted me. I will contact other media platforms and per sue higher assistance. "IT'S NOT SMART TO DO BUSINESS WITH SMARTSTOP" I should have thought twice
