Love the people and their personality. I was in a major time crunch to trade while I could still recoup the funds from my warranty and use toward it. Sat there for an hour doing paperwork just so they could tell me the car i came for sold DAYS ago. I hated the waste of valuable time.

I had a appointment for 9am. At 12 they still had not even attempted to diagnose my car. I waited 3 hours in the lobby for nothing. Employees were very rude and uncaring

Don't waste your time. They do not fix anything. They'll take something from your car and send you on your way with a padded bill though. Don't leave any valuables in the car if you give it to them.

NO THEY DON'T, They want even honor the warranty I was told that I had a 100,000 Mile warranty put on mine and it turned out to be a LIE, because they did me so wrong in my deal and the inspection took weeks to get done and they never did the engine services before they sold it so I had to pay over $600.00 out of pocket to get it done when I hadn't even had it a month. They never come through on what they say and the people are so unprofessional too. I'll be getting my next car from I-75 AUTO instead... I GOT A GET DEAL OVER AT I-75 AUTO WITH MR. ALAN & Mr. Whatt. GREAT DEALS, PRICES AND PEOPLE WHO CAN KEEP THERE WORD. LOVE MY GMC TERRAIN, BEST VEHICLE I'VE EVER OWNED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND I-75 AUTO IN LAKE CITY, FLORIDA TO EVERYONE...
