The views are great, with distant ranges visible on a clear day along with the Space needle viewable at one corner. The place is surrounded by eateries and breweries, coffe and great smoothies for the non alcoholics there as well. A long pavement right on the coast line is available if you want to take your dog out for a walk. You might need a jacket if it gets too windy.

This is on the other side of the beach, if you're looking for a quieter area but less sandy. Great views! More residential.

Alki is an amazing spot to soak up the sun, take a beautiful walk, and get some great food! Not to mention, you will see all the cute doggies out with their humans! My pictures here do not do it justice.

Incredible scenic views. Street has a lot of character with lots of restaurants. Crowded city driving with street parking that can be challenging to find. Worth the trek, but weekdays are better.

Yes, they have picnic tables and built-in grills. When it gets busier you'll need to reserve the table.
Yes
There are tidal charts, https://www.tides.net/washington/ that will give you times of low tides.
The parking is free along the beach as long as you can find one. Read the signs posted carefully or you could end up with a ticket.
I'd say , if you are discrete and keep it in on the low. You should be fine. Many people do it. Drinkin in public is the best!
West Seattle Blog or try talking to your local crew directly.
On busy days it can be difficult to find nearby parking on the street, but as the summer is over now it is fine
To be honest I've never played that game before so I'm not sure where you can play the game at, but good luck happy hunting
Yea water is a little on the cold side, but like someone said no life guard's on duty, be cautious when you are out there.
I did not see any... this is more of a scenic beach... If I were you I would check in other parts of Seattle or maybe even Bremerton or Bainbridge island...

It's always a good time to there. Dress accordingly.
Nope. There is just a beach and lots of BBQ places for you to hang out.
I believe it is yes, except gas grilling.
If you're unlucky ou might spend about 10 mins to look for a parking. Like the others said, it's hard but you always get it. And it's free.
Yes
Most people fish from the pier areas. I've never personally seen anyone fish from the beach.
No. Not allowed here. Try the dock near Marination Ma Kai or Bainbridge island.
Yes you can. Although beach closes around 10:30-11pm since last year. Edit: BTW, you can only have them in the designated fire pits. First come first serve.
Not that I know of.bit the have bbqs there and you can build bonfires❤❤❤
Only on non-sandy areas such as the grassy beachfront and the paved walks are all dog friendly.
It is Puget Sound, not the Pacific. Same water though.
