Yep! One thing to note, try to go when the weather is a bit warmer if you plan on getting wet. The water is very, very cold up there with the exception of summer. Also, you won't huge waves or anything.f
I recommend taking a bus or ride share if you can. If you go in the busy season (which you probably should if you want to put your feet in) parking can be a bit crazy

Take the King County Water Taxi Shuttle! It's free too. Alki Beach Park is without doubt a super great place to stick your feet in. Best to choose a spot without too much Flotsom and Jetsom. Otherwise, your feet may look like your part of Sigmund the Seamonsters family! I have lived by this park for many years and would recommend visiting 100%. You'll love it! Enjoy.
