No one ever answers the phones. In one of my more petty moods while being hyper-focused, I made 30 back to back calls over the course of an entire afternoon to no avail. Absolutely wonderful! I switched from chi after they dropped the ball on everything and multicare has been a world of difference! They are thorough and quick. Not to mention very organized and clearly know what they are doing. Plus the office staff seem very happy, but not only that... they know their stuff! I am now 6 days post op. I absolutely recommend using Multicare for b as bariatric procedures. For reference, my surgeon was Dr. Hanafy -- excellent surgeon!
