I went for tooth pain and a cleaning. Everyone is friendly and helpful. But, keep I'm mind the cleaning is done in 2 sessions. So 4 stars

My daughter Jamie J. is an established patient of Dr. Okrent. She called June 10th to get in for a medical appointment where she had been in a hospital with severe infection in her hand & had septis poisoning & needed to be seen per the hospital for a follow up appointment for antibiotics with her doctor. She also told the receptionist she had been living in a homeless camp, she needed help because Dr. Okrent knew her & her history. After 5 minutes the receptionist stated she couldn't be seen until July 12 . When she said it was important the receptionist brushed her off.

We had the most amazing doctor through Mary Bridge Pediatrics, after the merger she decided to resign. This merger has been nothing short of terrible. The front desk has no idea what they are talking about, the nursing staff constantly made mistakes at each appointment. The overall atmosphere is bad. I loved that I could call and get an appointment almost immediately, and now I can’t even get a call back. On top of all of this, they couldn’t give me a straight answer on if any of my daughters MyCahrt information would correctly carry over to their system. Very disappointed. Will be looking for a new pediatrician in an office where the staff know how to correctly deal with children.

Rude. Inconsistent. Inconvenient. Incompetent. It took them 3 weeks for a neurological referral that they lost 3 times and same goes for another specialist that never went through in the first place. The front staff is some of the most rude women I've ever met. The clinic manager just sits around with empty promises and lies. Everytime I called with a question no one would call me back for days and I'd have to do it myself. They'd either forget or it'd be done days ago and just now one cared to call. Don't waste your time and get on a wait list for a good doctor.
