Care through Multi-Care (IF you can even get an appt) is so-so. You are definitely a NUMBER vs an actual person and if you question anything, they act like it's an inconvenience. Let's not even talk about what happens if you have to take a specialty prescription! Ugh!! It's like pulling a tooth to get the preauthorization or the paperwork to the correct pharmacy. Multi-care is a nightmare unless they want your money! Sorry... not sorry.

I have worked with Dr. Dina Titova for several years and can honestly say that she is the best rheumatologist I have ever met (and I have had RA since I was a child and have worked with countless specialists in several countries over the decades). She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, while also making me feel seen and heard. Over the past few years I have gained a much better understanding of my condition thanks to Dr. Titova; she suggested lab work that other doctors had not thought of before, and managed to find medication for me that actually helps. She is unfailingly polite, compassionate, honest, and gentle, and always quick to respond to questions through the patient portal. I highly recommend her!
