As an applicant, this company was incredible to work with. They were communicative and AVAILABLE every step of the way. Also in such a competitive market, they remained ethical. Many other agencies were taking (charging) unlimited applications and you just hoped and prayed you were first. Daniel assisted us through the application process and was a breath of fresh air, so professional. Next we worked with Peter on qualifying. He answered our questions and helped us through that process. When it came time to move in, we dealt with Gayle and Lisa. They are our kind of people! Kind and down to earth but detail oriented meticulously documenting pre-existing items so that we won't be held responsible for damages caused by others. All in all, we have been treated with respect and professionalism by everyone we encountered at Keyrenter. Highly recommend.

I can honestly say that Keyrenters is the best property management company I've had experience with. Gayle and Keith show a level of professionalism and kindness that's hard to find these days. They genuinely care about their tenants and it shows through their commitment of solving anything that comes up. They are responsive and happily communicate with you through the process of any problem that needs to be addressed. We noticed a window that needed to be fixed the first week we moved in and Keith came over the very next morning. We also had a clog in one of the drains months later and Gayle was on it and had someone come out the next day. I can't say enough great things about both Gayle and Keith, highly highly recommend.

With all of the turmoil in the world today, it's nice to not have to worry about my rental property, and know it's in good hands. My rent is collected on time and I haven't had any issues with the tenants. Gayle and Keith take care of resourcing the labor and supplies for all repairs, all I have to do is provide the funding. They are also frugal without compromising quality. As a veteran myself, I like knowing someone has my back, and who understands that better than another veteran? I'm proud to be investing in another veteran's business as well :)
