My insurance changed so I had to see a new Dr today. I hated it. I didnt feel heard at all. These white male doctors do not listen to black women. Furthermore, they lost my paperwork and I had to fill it out again. I will be filing a compliance complaint. I will not be going back.

In person I've had nothing but great experiences, the people are super nice and just great overall. My only issue is there is no way to contact them except through the phone. I have severe anxiety about phone calls, and have a hard time making appointments. I also sometimes just need to ask my doctor a question that would be fine over text, but instead I need to make an appointment with her that's weeks out, for just a simple question. I really hope they can figure out a different way, because it's super expensive to keep making appointments that I don't really need :(

I recently switched from the Spanaway location to the Hilltop location. My experience with their dental office was and continues to be superb. Dr. Porter has this way of making you feel at home and his assistants do as well. I've never felt judged and because of that I'm now excited to see my dentist rather than embarrassed or nervous. I highly recommend this location and if possible Dr Porter!

Was on time for my appointment, however because my paperwork took a few minutes (5 minutes) they said I was late and demanded I reschedule. The patient after me was late as well, and while they weren’t reschedule I was. This is an example of how they treat people who have little options for their dentistry and are lower income. I had to organize care for my dying mother while at the appointment which made no difference to them. This place is unprofessional and you’re better off going to bates
