I had the BEST experience at my appointment with Dr. Benjamin Betteridge in Sports Medicine. Both he and his nurse Pamela took excellent care of me. I felt like they truly listened to my issues with my knee pain. Dr. Betteridge went over my x-ray with me in detail and clearly explained what was causing my pain. Fixed me right up with the cortisone shot and I'm pain free for the first time in 6 long months. He gave me back my quality of life. With the drive from Silverdale!

Big thank you to PA Carper and her MA. I was called back on time and MA was friendly and made me feel welcome . Great job ! PA Carper was awesome. I came with my couple of things to discuss and was going to make another appointment for my other issues but she insisted we tackle them then!!! Wow . I feel like the team are down to earth and I would recommend any of my friends and family to this team . Go Kaiser !!!!

My experience was "efficient". I was on time, early by three minutes. They had me in and out quickly. I did feel a little rushed but we covered all the important things. (The doctor had to remind me to focus on the important things first. The other things can be addressed during another visit.) A woman who was 20 minutes late was unhappy at being rescheduled, so don't be late. I felt like my doctor wanted to spend more time (first visit) but had to keep to his schedule. I have no complaints: everything was clean, people were courteous, everything was easy to understand, and I was out in less than an hour with hardly any waiting.
