Do not live here if you care about the health of yourself and/or your family! Our downstairs neighbor has been smoking on his back porch at all hours of the day and night (building 9501) and it seeps right into Our bedroom window. I have 15+ documented instances of this in which I informed Aero management and nothing has been done except written notices (no fines or other repercussions). There is a pregnant woman and 6-month-old infant in the building repeatedly exposed to the second hand smoke and nothing is done. The gate of the “gated community” has worked a cumulative 1 month out of the almost 12 months since I’ve lived here. I’ve had a maintenance request in for almost 2 weeks and it hasn’t been addressed, even with a reminder to office staff. Area is extremely sketchy with homeless people everywhere/always digging in the overflowing trash cans, broken glass, and syringe needle covers. I still haven’t received access to the “gym” with a fob and it’s been almost a year. This place is a joke! We moved out and they are charging us over $700 with no explanation or reply to our phone calls or emails. Legal action is likely to be taken.

Aero staff was absolutely amazing. Danielle kept in contact with me throughout the whole process of getting into an apartment. I received great updates on when my apartment would be ready. I appreciated the communication and how friendly everyone was!

Its really bad the rent is going up to high for just 2bds and it is also too small. Not only that but their parking lots are full and there's cars that stay in the same spot forever it's like if people just leave cars here and i have to park in the street and stuff have been stolen from my car multiple times, a lot of homeless people and broken glass in the street or in the parking lots Not only that too but it always be smelling like cigars outside and dog pop can't wait to move out!

My first day living here I had to pay over 300$ in towing fees after parking in a numbered spot overnight without knowing it needed to be paid for and reserved. A note was left on my windshield by staff notifying me not to park there or I would be towed but my car was towed before I was even given the chance to see the note. That is something that should be told to tenants when they move in because the lease is massive and there are contradictory statements in it regarding the parking policy. It is not at all straight forward. Since then I have had to park on the side of the street in a sketchy neighborhood because there isn’t enough free parking spots to suffice the size of the community here. Water sewer and trash are billed through the apartment complex and the rate fluctuates which gives me concern because it isn’t based off of my individual usage and I have no access to the actual bill. It was a nightmare trying to get the electricity put in my name and required multiple requests for management to call the utility company to give them the ok for the change since it was still showing the previous tenant in their systems. The trash is always everywhere because there isn’t enough dumpster space for the size of the community and the tenants of the apartments across the street use our dumpsters too. It isn’t a gated community as advertised because the gates are busted and have been for the two months I have been here. My shower didn’t work when I first moved in either. I am sincerely the type of person who never complains but I am paying a lot to live here and the accommodations and services are far from living up to the price. I can say that the maintenance team is quick to respond to issues and they are very friendly.
