I applied for this place almost a month ago! I just started a new job and had a very strong co signer join me on the application! It took them three weeks to even get back to me. And once I received communication I was told I was denied for a criminal background. I work for TSA. So it doesn’t make sense. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor, she was always unavailable, out of town, and not reachable. I called many times and no one answers! This place is not ok! None of the numbers work online and there is no way to contact anyone

This building is beautiful! I am astonished by the renovation efforts of the new management company. Kayla is very attentive and the location is really convenient. I highly recommend living here. The price is excellent, the building has old world charm, and you cant beat the rent!

There are signs posted every where saying renting but I have called the phone number listed it's been past fours hours no answer and no voicemail. Is this place really renting or what? It would be great to view the apartment and facility.
