It is very discouraging that as long as I have lived here, the management doesn't seem to care about any concerns I have regarding living here. Both my child and I have been threatened by a neighbor who bangs on the ceiling all through the night into the early morning. Cars have been broken into or messed with and security doesn't seem to care much. There is trash all over the apartments, and all along the road is broken down cars that are being worked on by people who are homeless or cars that were totaled or cars broken into that are left for parts. Black mold all through out the apartment all year round. Grateful for the roof over my head but at what point will management care about our wellbeing while living here.

These apartments claim they don't take section 8 but by law they have to they also discriminate would love to speak to the owner or make a complaint to the city but JAN won't give anymore information she's very unprofessional, and disrespectful.

I lived here for a year. There's so much dog crap everywhere. It's so nasty. We step in dog crap almost every other day. If your gonna allow pets have people take care of there poop. It's not worth the $1,100 I been paying every month. The assistant manager Debbie is very nice. First night I was here terrible fights around here. Some times i hear gun shots. I won't wash my clothes in their laundry rooms. The dryers aren't hot and it's not kept clean. It's really time to move out. I love the space in my apartment. That's all. Sorry just telling the truth.
