I love share tea’s milk tea’s! By far the best one in Tacoma! I do think the customer service needs work and also if you even try to go in when they open, they’re never open. Other than that, Great place to get quality drinks! I love the oolong milk tea! It’s my go to when it comes to Share Tea!

The drink wasn't that great, but the worst part was the service. The guy ringing us up was fine, but the one making the drinks was chatting with his friends and not moving on to fix our drinks. Then he left our completed drinks sitting there while he prepared the drink of the guy after us. Too bad we had already tipped him...

Good drinks and great service! But this place should start accepting cash. This is to the gentleman who was cashier with black hair and glasses I think named Elis He helped me what to order from the menu along with recommendations. He has told me if I didn’t like the drink that he could always remake a different one for free. He apologizes when the order takes a bit long to come out and I understand that it can get busy sometimes. It is a shame that I don’t see him a lot more.

I'm so glad that the mall is open again so I can get my favorite bubble tea fix again ❤️ I cannot recommend the creama top more, it just adds such a nice extra creamy and salty flavor to drinks that is just great! I got it on the Okinawa milk tea and black tea with boba. YUM! 🥰 I did not notice it listed on the menu at this location, but just ask and the employees know what you want. I'll have to come back and try some of the adorable liking doggo specials as well! 🐕🐾 This location is just outside the Nordstroms, the customer service was quick and friendly and the staff were all safely garbed and I observed them wiping down surfaces consistently as I waited for my drink to be prepared. Large plexiglass covers were added in many areas but they don't ruin the customer experience at all and were well implemented to protect both the customer and the employees. There was even a small mistake made on my order and before I even realized it was an issue they promptly remade the drink for me and threw the mistake in the bag as well rather then waste it, very nice in my book! 👍

Our first priority is the safety of our customers and crew. We have adapted procedures which strictly follow all CDC and health department guidelines to provide a safe environment for all. Inside our restaurant: - We have installed air purifier which remove air and surface viral and bacterial contaminants. - We use PURELL® professional surface disinfectant, an EPA- registered disinfectant, to frequently clean all high-touch areas. - We use GOJO E2 foam soap which contains sanitizing solution which meet NSF standard. - All employees are required to wash hands regularly with GOJO E2 foam soap and wearing masks at all times. - We have installed the shield glasses to provide additional protection for everyone.
