I was trying to sell my house but the sale was being jammed up by a tenant who decided not to move out. I never gave them a formal eviction notice (which has to be done at least 60 days before they’re required to move out) because they promised me they’d be gone in a few days. I thought I could trust them but it turned out I couldn’t. I was afraid this would stop the sale of my house which was supposed to sell within a few weeks. I hired Abijah to help me with the situation. He listened to what I had to say and asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what was going on. After that, he contacted my tenant and started negotiating a deal. Within a few days, he put together a deal that everyone was happy with and the tenant moved out immediately. Hi, my name is Abijah Christos. One of the first things people usually ask me is “What kind of name is that?” It’s definitely a unique name. Abijah (pronounced “ab-i-jah”) is the Greek translation of the Hebrew name אֲבִיָּה (Aviya) which means “God is my father”. I grew up in the Puget Sound area (moving between the cities of Seattle, Shoreline, and Lynnwood). My mom was always watching detective shows (Columbo, Hercule Poirot, Murder She Wrote, etc.) or marathons of old James Bond films. I’m pretty sure some of that rubbed off on me and is why I have an inherent fascination with private investigation.
