Horrible service. Got a deluxe pedicure and the nail tech used a 1 inch by 1 inch pumice stone on the bottom of my feet and not the foot rasp like they used on the person next to me. When I took my shoes and socks off after work my feet were rough and dry. I went back asking if they could fix the issue the owner told me that there's nothing wrong with what the nail tech did but there's something wrong with my feet. She suggested I put oil on my feet at home...umm not when I just spent $75 on a pedicure less than 24 hours before and my feet didn't touch a floor. Horrible customer service and sub par results!

This was my first time going to Fancy Nails and I am glad I tried them out because I have finally found my go to nail spot !! Ann did an amazing job, was very kind, genial and attentive to what I wanted done, beautiful nails with a hand massage afterwards !! I also got a pedicure done, I purchased the ‘Delux pedi’ and it was ...... Amazing ! Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the lady that did it, but she was great, didn’t do the typical 3 min foot/leg rub .. she truly took her time and almost put me to sleep I was so relaxed ! Thank You Ann and the ladies at Fancy Nails I will be seeing you soon !!
