My daughter and I have gone to VNails a couple times in the past and had decent results, nothing to call home about, a little pricey but they got the job done. Well, unfortunately things have taken a big step back. Not only were they almost DOUBLE the price they used to be, they did a TERRIBLE job. Not to mention the owner was berating a long time costumer because they hadnt had time to change her color so she went somewhere else, I could not believe they were giving her SUCH a hard time in front of everyone. But the thin that irked me the most was the way they were piling appointments and walk ins on top of each other. People were leaving and getting so frustrated because appointments were not being kept due to the owner caring more about quantity than quality. Im not even going to go into detail about how they promised they had time for me and my daughter and then ended up doing us ONE at a time so we had to wait double as long. She charged me 80 for mine and 70 for my daughters... I was shocked. NEVER AGAIN. Seriously, what is wrong with people?

They will literally rip you off. And their customer service is AWFUL. Please avoid this place at all costs, and if somehow you're roped into getting stuck at this dismal excuse of a nail salon... be assertive with asking for what you want and a firm price for service. It's like a flea market for nails where you haggle for customer service. $80 for a basic full set of acrylics? Psh I recommend US Nails on 6th Ave, they are the best, but you do have to book an appointment.

If your a man and you've never had a "hot stone pedi", you should probably go check your calendar and realize WHY ( enter your avid nail shop connoisseur here) takes forever at the nail shop!! Down miss out, ( well if you do, just means they get to me quicker) so I guess. . . ? Don't go and get one, maybe????

I was so impressed! Having just moving to the neighborhood, finding my regular go to spot was key and this was the best first choice! Nikki was amazing. I really haven’t been this pleased with a shelac manicure outcome in ages. The salon is clean and well appointment with a pretty cool vibe. I’ll definitely be a new regular.
