WORST SERVICE EVER. The waxing was awful. The lady was so rough and careless, and she didn’t get rid of the residue wax like you are supposed to. And BURNED ME WITH THE WAX, my skin is bleeding. UNPROFESSIONAL and rude service, would not recommend to ANYONE EVER!

I was apprehensive to use mall nail salons cause they always up charge and I was right . They’re pricing isn’t clear on the board it says 35 for acrylic nails and then on the side says adds then price . Great but the fact they don’t tell you it’s going such and such price even after you ask is crazy to me . I asked for an almond shape nail with a nude base and white leaves . Apparently they don’t have that okay . Fine I can pick a different color . But It would appreciated if you tell the customer that you can’t do the design that the want so the customer isn’t leaving with a meh feeling especially after paying 70 dollars on a set ! Plus when the guy went to ask the lady how much it should be . She looked at my nails and laughed ! They both laughed ! I felt extremely uncomfortable… It was just not the greatest experience ever with this place . First and last time I go there

I’ve gotten my nails done here twice a month for almost 4 years now, and I always leave so so happy!! These are some of the nicest people when you get to know them and I don’t think I could go anywhere else. My nails always turn out beautiful! Thank you so so much!!
