Its June 14th, and the pool is still closed. The management claims they are still working out how to schedule times for the pool. But they've known that Phase 3 was coming a week and a half ago, and still nothing. You go by the office and there is three employees sitting with their feet up. Meanwhile none of the Dollar Point owners have the amenities they for. Where's the urgency and customer service?
