We got at the place on time. There was two young women working. They asked us to wait as there was just the two working. No issues I get it. We got on the jet ski 51 minutes after the hour. Again totally fine I understand short staff. I was however not ok that they charged me $144.75 to wait on them. Yep they charged me for waiting 51 mins on them. I got it worked out later when a new staff arrived and they did refund the $144.75 but was pretty disappointed they charged me to begin with. Not sure I will go back but maybe the rest of the time was great fun for the family.

We had a great time on our pontoon boat from Sunnyside. I searched all the boat rental companies around the lake and found that the price you see is the price pay. The other rental companies didn’t include their fuel pricing and extra surcharges in the original price. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable. They helped out by driving the boat to and from the dock so all we had to do was navigate the open water of beautiful Lake Tahoe. We had plenty of time in our 4 hours to cruise down and back to Emerald Bay, plus enjoy some time just floating and swimming. Would recommend anyone to use Sunnyside and hope to be back one day.

Don't listen to all these negative reviews. Sunnyside was AWESOME! Customer service was great and we used a boat captain and they were great too! Definitely going to use Sunnyside next time we go to Tahoe.

These guys are awesome! We reserved a 24’ Kobalt, it was incredibly clean and ran great! The crew was so accommodating to our big group and everyone enjoyed their company so much. Couldn’t be happier with our experience, highly recommend these guys!
