I'm looking forward to moving in! My home sold quickly and I need to decent place to stay just as quickly. Reece was awesome, listening to my concerns and finding me a good apartment I could move into within two weeks. Everyone I met that day, associated with Monterra Apartments, was very nice and friendly. The only dis satisfaction...It would be with whom ever does the Monterra website. It does not clearly describe fee's. It actually stated, when I was doing my apartment hunt, that Monterra is a deposit free community, but it's not. There are deposits to me made, up front or with payments added to your rent, and the pet deposit was double what was listed online. You have to pay a fee for a vehicle window parking decal, which is also not mentioned on the website. All the deposits, with the exception to the admin fee, are refundable so I'm not too worried about it, I'll get the money back at the end of my stay, but the webpage should be clear and upfront about the fee's - so applicants don't get that unpleasant shock when they receive the move in estimate of costs..

I feel as if I burned away a year of my life living here. The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing in the slightest, and it’s way over priced.

If you are military and are waiting for a spot on post, DO NOT MOVE HERE. We were finally given our spot in on post housing, but the apartment will not let us break our lease without paying a large fee. Because of this, our options are to wait for housing that may not be available when our lease is up or extend our lease. They are basically forcing us to continue living here because our orders are not sufficient. Add to that, there is always trash everywhere, they don't enforce the noise curfew, there is one dumpster for the entire complex and it is always overflowing. There are also rats over there, which is a hazard all on its own. We basically had to buy a parking spot because there was never parking and it was the only way we could ensure we were close to our building. My advice? Go elsewhere or be stuck. Because now we are.

We renewed our lease this year and it’s a wonderful place to stay at. We usually just keep to ourselves here and same for our neighbors. I love the events that go on every now and then. They communicate with us very well. We haven’t had any problems with management. We’d always have had our maintenance requests or questions handled fast. The only con I’d include would be to make sure you snatch your Uber food and deliveries from your front door before one of the kids that run around do.

Parking will forever be a problem there
We have a 3 bedroom available now for $1599! We currently do not have any other available units to move into this month but we are Pre-leasing for August. We have three 2 bedrooms that will be available ranging from $1300to1375 in August as well as one 3 bedroom for $1675. If you have any other questions please feel free to stop by or give us a call we would love to help you find your new home. =] Have a great day -Monterra
We are, that’s what they said
My roommate pays 25$ monthly pet fee so i think the 150$ is 1 time deal
The utilities are separate but you add it to the rent as you pay it all together
There is a small playground, not made for children 4 and under. Parking is first come first serve unless you pay extra for a covered spot or a garage.
Yes, there's always something available or will become available quickly
