You pay for a spot then have them towed if they park in it. Or you can try complaining to management
Step one. Establish a professional relationship with at least one employee in the leasing office. Step two. Obtain a business card for each employee in the leasing office. Step 3. Start emailing the employees with pictures when and if it is safe to do so. Let them know in your email that you are looking forward to writing a great review detailing how helpful they have been .
If you're certain which cars are parking for each apartment report them.
