Spent $18k here with Magnolia. Had to spend another $6k fixing the Best Buy errors! If you don’t know what you’re doing and looking for help, these aren’t the resources you need. Spend the money for someone who knows what they are doing. Magnolia is not an expert I have found. Simply slick sales people. Service after the i stall has been non existent. Former Best Buy Elite member.

There are 3 people working that I could see from walking around for 45 minutes, one in phones, one in PC and one at the register. What’s a disappointment. Trying to buy a 65 in and can’t find a single person to help move it. Target here I come. Oh and I love that they leave screwdrivers laying around.

Convenient big box store, shelves were bare in places - but that can be attributed to the supply chain issues. Friendly sales staff, they do try and sell their support contracts so came over a tiny bit pushy in that sense. Otherwise a pleasant experience and not really something one can blame him for.

This is a good Best Buy, they have plenty of parking in front. Easy to pick up online orders. You can order to ship home as well or stop by the store to buy for either. They have a nice selection of appliances as well as TVs, home theater, computers such as Apple products , and Windows. They have cell phones, too, just in case. On this last visit, I had my remote start troubleshoot because it wasn't] working properly. The best buy at Harlem didn't want to do it because it was installed at this location. Andre did take a look at the vehicle and fix it. The other guy at the installation department wasn't helpful at all. Thanks to Andre, my vehicle got fixed.
