Very disappointed with the quality and the take out service! The mango in our sticky rice & mango dessert was overripe and rotten in parts (of course they knew it was rotten, the they had to skin and slice it)! 😠 We were almost out the …I’m very sorry you had a bad experience at Ruby of Siam. Please contact us directly and we will discuss what went wrong and what we can do to make it right. I checked our system and no mango and sticky rice or bubble teas were ordered today. As the owner I have to know who prepared the order and who packed it on what day to better our whole process so that no other customers go through your same experience. We have just gotten a new stock of mangos in today July 25th. Please contact us and we will definitely peel a fresh mango straight from our supplier for you. Once again we are deeply sorry for your experience
