Went last night to see "Thor: Love and Thunder" at 6:15pm. The concession stand was out of their items 50% of the menu, the tickets are pricey for a theatre that is outdated with their seats and in the middle of a two hour movie the a/c stopped running. It kicked back on 25 minutes before the movie ended. It was uncomfortable being in a auditorium that was getting warm with 20 other people. This theatre was top notch 10+ years ago and now it is a big need for renovations.

Boy o' boy how this theater has gone down!!! I can recall when going to the movies was a pleasure. Today I'm not going to complain about the prices of tickets or even concessions! Those are part of the experience I suppose. The lack of service and general disregard are another. I have never seen a theater in worse condition. The floors and rugs haven't been cleaned in ages! The garbage was overflowing IN EVERY SINGLE GARBAGE CONTAINER! I felt like I needed a shower when I left there with my 4 year old son. Come on AMC/ Village Crossing get your act together.

This theater was really nice at one point, but it's really gotten bad. There was literally no toilet paper in any stall in the women's restroom and from what my husband told me the men's room was even worse. I'm willing to drive well out of my way to not have to come here anymore.

First time visiting this theater to see the new Batman movie in IMAX and it was quiet disappointing. The seats looked old/ dingy and there was no leg room at all to walk. If you sit in the middle you’re stuck there until the end of the movie. They do have a lot of parking so that’s a plus but other than that this shouldn’t be your first choice to see a movie. The imax screen looked terrible (very faded).
