Double cheese burger had so much onion on it, made it taste like a white castle burger .. I don't even understand how they did that. Nuggets were also off, idk what about them but just not right. Fries were just tasteless. Would not believe any of the food is genuine McDonald's

I get that a lot of places are low staff and it can be hard on the workers but man these workers have such bad attitudes like if it's the customers fault. They look at you like your disturbing their peace if you speak to them at all. I work retail have been working with the public for almost 10 years and I never treat customers like that. If they're having a bad day ok fine but no need to lash that out to the customers. Someone can be having a really good day and they can ruin it with their attitude. I've came to this location twice and dined in twice and both times was the same experience with different workers. Oh and if you plan on dinning in they're not like other McDonald's they don't bring you your food when you pick a number and sit down. They will just keep calling your table number until you hear them and come get your food yourself.

They're understaffed, frustrated and overworked. Because of this they're snappy and rude. I have sympathy for anyone working in places with these conditions but it affects service. I tried to use a self-serve kiosk and when it froze I tried to order at the counter. A lady stepped out from the back and yelled, "I don't have a cashier can't you order over there?!" and walked off. Ultimately they got the order right and the wait was short but ordering was a challenge.

Placed an order on their kiosk since the dude in the pink hair was practically yelling at people to place their order on the kiosk. All I ordered was 2 large cokes. I waited for over 5 minutes in front of the register for someone to charge me. 5 minutes. This McDonald’s is an absolute joke.
