I bought the laptop from your store less the year ago. I can not turn it ON when pressing on-off button. How can I repair it? What is the procedure? Can I take it to the store on Wednesday tomorrow?

Just call the store and i believe they have appointments and do you have the geek squad insurance to replace the computer?

Do you have a Warranty on it.. Call the maker.. For eg:Dell, Apple, HP They will repair for you
