Wasn't able to get primary to see me after slip and fall in store. Called calviva, answered the phone right away. In process talked with Sophia and rommel. They both jumped through many hoops to get me treatment.

Sorry insurance company,can't get anyone to answer the phone,recording hangs up on you. Been trying to get a motorized scooter for over 3 years, I have prosthetic legs and can't walk far, they keep denying me. They are worthless.

Are you excepting new patients? Is this only a walk in clinic? I tried tirelessly to find a doctor in the field's of either neurology or infectious disease. Iam now getting more ill by the day. My primary physician refuses to treat this case.
