The skilled nursing department is awful. Scheduling appointments to visit was difficult and the people we spoke to were always rude. Every once in a while, there was one good nurse who genuinely cared, other than that majority of the staff did a careless job of taking care of the residents. We visited our loved one during COVID when they allowed us to talk through the back glass doors, a resident had fallen out of her wheelchair, I wish I was joking when I say it took about a good 5 minutes, almost all the residents in the hallway, and for us to bang on the door to get the attention of the staff to realize what happened. If you want a place that takes care of your loved one, find another place.

Went to do some community service.. Passed out Christmas Cards and Candy Canes and the children did some caroling.. the joy on the residents faces was priceless The Fresno Phenomenal Divas

My dad has been a patient of Twilight Haven SNF on two occasions this last year. The staff are caring, considerate, and passionate about their jobs. My dad raves about the Physical Therapsit and really enjoys the food. He is well taken care of and I can rest knowing he’s in good hands. Thank you for being such wonderful caregivers. It’s a very difficult job, requiring special people. We are also considering Twilight Haven for assisted living.

Fantastic place to live! All the comforts of home. The service from the staff is fantastic! I love the safety and the lights at night. I do two miles walking on the campus daily. It’s a very safe place to walk. I have great neighbors and we have become good friends.
