Bad communication skills. Did a job for them. I did end up getting sick while working so I had went down for about a week. The job took way longer then expected due to lack of communication on there part about needing material's don't get me wrong there was times I was hard to get a hold of. I had a contract with specific things on there like"Subject to change." And to get paid from them was a hassle took about a month when I finally got the check I went to cash it and the check was no good. Then when I had them PayPal they never paid in full.

This property management is TRASH!!!! They have no idea what they are doing and they suck at communicating! All they do is give you the run around and don’t HELP at all. I do not recommend them!!!! I’ve been a tenant with them for almost 4 years and I hate it but can’t afford to move at this time! If anyone knows a number or how to contact someone hire in their company please please let me know.

Company is lacking in communication and they charge you a $10 fee for using their own app payment methods. Wish they were more customer friendly.
