This branch is very helpful and friendly, as well as there is almost no waiting in line unlike the location on Shaw. Would definitely choose this branch over any other in town

Very upset with you at this moment! I just became a new member days ago, hadn’t even used the account.. I came to this location this evening to do a deposit and not only did it not take it but the machine took my debit card and machine went “unavailable”.. well turns out it was because there was a man in a doge burgundy van with out of state plates to went into the building to empty/fill the machine from the inside but caused the machine to take my debit card. He heard me outside and didn’t hand it back. I had to call customer service just to also not have a good experience with the representative who took my call.. he could be heard giggling like the situation was comical to him. No sympathy or apology or nothing. I became a member because I have been having a terrible experience with EECU lately and needles to say I am not having a much different experience with you. I mean it was really the first time trying to use the card at your atm and this happens!?! I’m really annoyed at the man in the building that caused my card to get stuck in the machine and also your representative at customer service.
