I called several times but got no answer and no returned call after leaving a voicemail. Their message said to text them so I did. I was trying to book an appointment for my pregnant wife to get a prenatal massage. They told me the times they had available and I picked one. When my wife showed up to her appointment they said she wasn’t on the schedule. She was looking forward to it and was very disappointed. The lady then said it was their fault but we would have to schedule another appointment a different day. They did nothing to try to make it right. Very poor business practices.

Only one star because you can’t leave zero. I highly do not recommend based off the unprofessionalism alone. They sold gift cards under the guise that I could take my 13 year old, this was clarified at purchase. Tried to book and got told massages were for 14 and over. They apologized saying the employee misunderstood the policy. Online policy does not state 14 and over. Called for clarification and Bianca hung up on me. Called and asked why I got hung up on and was told “sorry technical difficulties.” SUPER RUDE phone customer service. Book if you want immature people hanging up on you and taking your money.
