The worst place in Seattle for delivery workers. Leasing staff is very unfriendly. No mail room for packages. Door to door delivery only. Elevators will allow you to ride up but are locked going down! All in all. A terrible place. Maybe cheap, and nice to live there, but 0 deliver amenities or options!

I have been living here for a couple of months now. Our toilets were not clean on move-in. Trash management is not sanitary. For example there is no trash room in this building, and the trash chute is right on the corridor. My apartment is next to this and I might end up smelling odors sometimes. I am not happy with this. I cannot get my Amazon deliveries or Uber eats orders delivered to the doorstep either. The elevator isn't setup well. And there is a single recycle bin for the whole complex which is mostly full. I end up having to keep trash in my apartment for longer just because I cannot dispose it off sooner. Another safety concern, the garage doors don't close automatically. Someone who clearly wasn't from the building entered the premises few days back, and started yelling and shouting in the quadrangle below. And support for maintenance has been poor in my experience. The cabinet doors fell off, thermostat setup is not correct, and the maintenance is poor at best.

Lived here for about a year and wow I'm so glad we decided to move out! Hated this place since we got here. Reasons: Staff has never made us feel at home here and instead has made it evident they're understaffed or overwhelmed by their atrocious customer service. Maintenance never cleans the garage which has trash piled up in it all the time. The security system was new a few months ago, and so far has been a total disaster. This makes it so that either packages never arrive or get stolen, all the time. After this summer's record breaking heat wave, instead of putting in an A/C system, they installed new eco friendly heaters. I can't make this up. Shortly after we moved here, they overcharged us on rent for two months until we had to complain to get it corrected. They also tried to overcharge us again later to move out. Why? Because they didn't let us know we needed to double confirm our move out, after we let them know months in advance. Also the location is terrible. There are many local mentally ill homeless all over who scream constantly literally every day, and cause damage to nearby buildings. One of the nearby buildings is a fire station so you won't get sleep anymore because of the firetruck sirens. Oh and it's still very expensive. We've been great tenants and they've treated us awful regardless. If I could rare 0 stars, I would. STAY AWAY.

Living here for more than 3 years now. Great leasing office staff - very responsive, empathetic and always willing to help. Maintenance staff is also exceptional - they go above and beyond to help. Amenities, interior, appliances are in good condition and common areas - elevators, garage, hallways etc are clean. Would recommend!
