Okay my experience so far living at linden flats, has been amazing! one of the main reason why, is the management. Nikki shines! she is there ready to assist in anyway that she can! Honestly the whole front office staff is to die for. Truly the management is A+. I have never felt so valued, here at linden flats. Im not just a resident, i'm a valued part of the community. Its special to feel that way. i Love to come home everyday! thank you Nikki, Maliah, and Margaret for make this a wonderful place to live.

I love living here. My apartment is fabulous and it was so nice to move into a brand new unit. The staff is terrific. They respond quickly to building needs and are excellent at taking care of any problems. Nikki is an amazing problem solver. Malian and Margaret are great and Juan is a top notch maintenance man. I've read the other reviews and am outright baffled by some. Anyone suggesting that things aren't up to par (minus the garage door which was broken because someone ran into it... and is now fixed) or that the staff is unpleasant or difficult are likely up to some shenanigans that don't fly with the building. I feel lucky to have secured a unit in this building. It is quiet and my neighbors are really friendly.

Horrible employees. Especially Nikki Jones has no manners at all. I swear she was brought up in the streets. How and why she got hired is a big question. She assumes that the entire building belongs to her, literally. I'm not exaggerating here, and acts as if you got into her personal property and intruding. I'm surprised that other people have noticed that too. She should be working in jail with her horrible attitude. Zero professionalism whatsoever. I will back other people's comments about the rest of their stuff too Maliah and Margaret. They do not manage they gossip and slack. They excel in one area, that's in being rude that's all. If you wanna pay these pigs (the office assistants who imagine they have their own castle) to have a job and have them spit at your face, come join this apartment building. You will have your stuff stolen from you. The garage door breaks every other day. The premises are unkempt and dirty. All the while the assistants in the front desk will make you feel that you've entered their personal property and intruding.

Discriminative, unprofessional, and rude staff, all of them Nikki Jones, Maliah, and the manger Margaret they need to be fired. Instead of improving their service, and keeping the building safe and clean, they harass residents. Nikki Jones is the rudest; most unprofessional employee that needs to be fired immediately. She acts like tenants live at her work place, when in fact she works in tenants house which they pay for. Hence she has to be respectful and know her boundaries. But instead she yells at tenants', very disrespectful. And she always makes tenants wait for hours by talking on the phone with her friends about her personal life or gossiping with her co- workers Maliah and Margaret, instead of working. And the manager lets her do that. They also go through tenants' mail/packages; they open the packages and steal, which is illegal by the Federal Law. They lie to tenants claiming that it’s okay for them to go through the tenants' packages and keep them in their storage, which is not. Not only they keep the packages but also when you request your package they tell you to come back later when it’s convenient for them because they are busy, while they just sit and talk about their personal life and make jokes.
