The worst! My daughter need some paperwork by a certain day. I was told the only way to guarantee delivery by a certain date I would have to pay $68. So I did, then when she didn’t receive the package I tried to track it. The app said address unknown. I verified the address, it was correct and I have sent things there before. So I went into the UPS store for some help. Turns out the package was at a UPS store in Vegas. They give me an address where my daughter could pick it up ( too late, but still needed it.) when she went in to pick it up, she was told it was returned to Elk Grove. I went back in to pick it up and get a refund. You guessed it! We don’t give refunds.

The manager at the store has such a great personality, recognition of customers. He and his team go non-stop as the clientele can have over 20 people requiring a diverse list of services they provide. They know me by my name which makes me feel honored and worthy. Best location and services and makes this office the only place in town to go to!!!

I took an Amazon return into their store on 10/10/2020. It was in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. It's a big 23-pound box because I was returning a defective desk that Amazon sent me. The item was already packaged up for the return and I had a shipping label that I printed from Amazon. I got a receipt from UPS dated 10/10/2020 @ 12:49 pm with a tracking number for my return. However, it's been 9 days and my item still shows that it's has been dropped off at the store but hasn't left. It should be in transit back to Amazon. I call the store this morning and I spoke with John. John tells me that they don't know what happened to the package and that I need to contact Amazon to file a claim. So basically UPS employees stole my package instead of returning it and now I've got to get Amazon to file a claim since they're the shipper and paid for the shipping label. Don't mail anything out of here or they'll just take it instead of returning it.Brianna All packages that are given to us prior to 5pm are given to the driver the same day and are not left behind in our Centers. As per our phone call, your specific package was not showing any tracking info after 72 hours and the next step would be for the shipper (amazon) to start the claim process with UPS. We provided a receipt to you at the time of drop off and that is all you will need to receive a refund from Amazon, but the Center cannot initiate a claim since we were not paid for the shipping.
