Wish I could write this without giving it a star. I'm having an issue with a delivery and I can't get ahold of anyone to talk to. Utterly ridiculous.

Customer service is ABSOLUTELY useless. They did not deliver my package as promised, did not offer useful solutions, they did not communicate with updates, and every time I called, a different customer service person provided different information about the package. It's unbelievable how stupid the process is and how useless the service reps are.

Employees are extremely unprofessional. When something is delayed which is about every other shipment I just get told it's delayed and I'll get it when it shows up. When asked why it's delayed I always get a shrug and "sorry it's delayed" no explanation and if you want further help they just say call the 800 number. Be careful especially if receiving live animals.

Usually they will leave a ticket stating if they are going to re-deliver or if it will be at the hub station for pickup
You should call and make those arrangements. There could be some exception that's specifically holding it up.
Fed ex ground is always the cheapest if you have 5 boxes with the total weight of 116lbs your looking at about 150 dollars only if you do fed ex ground
