This place has been more of a disappointment and this will be the last time I do business with this location. On previous occasions, I placed an online order for documents to be printed out online on a Friday and they were to be ready for pickup on Saturday. I decided to pick them up on Monday and guess what? They were NOT printed out. The girl had to get on the computer and search for my documents with a long line of people at the door. I ended up going home to resend the documents so they could print them out. Very Irritating. Shame on me to try them again for another print job and the same thing happens. Finally, today I had an appt at 3pm to have a document notarized. I get there and the notary guy is fingerprinting another customer. I waited until 315 and just walked out without having my documents notarized. I will not be back. What is the point of submitting orders on the website and when you get there, nothing is ready. Unprofessional and irritating.

Awesome customer service! a very important letter was coming to my box at this location and I was out of town, I called them and Inquired about it and wanted to know if my associate can come and pick it up. Ryan was more than helpful and told me not to worry about and that my associate could pick it up with his ID. It really eased the stress for me. Thank you to Ryan and the store. 🙏
