I had to pay $130 to send a package to myself from here to Florida. I got a notification saying the package would be ready for pickup in Valdosta, Georgia. I called on Wednesday and told them please don't do that please have it sent to Tallahassee where I live now. The guy tells me it's going to Tallahassee and not Georgia. I get an update today saying it's ready for pickup in Georgia. I called and asked if they can fix their mistake and it's on me to pay more money to get it updated for here. So not only am I paying to have it delivered to Florida. But I'm also having to pay extra money for their mess up. FedEx sounding really nice right about now.

Now that Amazon is requiring most returns dropped off at a UPS store, I've fallen in love with this place. Only 2 blocks from my office, the staff is awesome and the line is never long. Super convenient and great location.
