I lived in JUXT for a year. I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is well maintained, and the apartments are pretty and modern. The location is fantastic: everything is within walking distance: groceries, coffee shops, trails, restaurants, bars, etc. I almost never had to drive. The staff is amazing too - Sara and DeOnte are super kind and always willing to go above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend! Thank you for making my time in Seattle so pleasant!

I visited JUXT last week and I had a great surprise with the sales associate Wednesday Murphy! She was so patient and kind while she was showing me the building, apartments and amenities. She new a lot of specific information about the layout of the apartments and the area which it's located. She was very thoughtful and made my visit to Seattle much more pleasant! Can't wait to move there! Talk to Wednesday Murphy, you won't regret it!

Just moved into JUXT several weeks ago. The move-in process was very smooth - thanks to Sara! Sara is very friendly, and for any questions you have she always gives quick and helpful responses. Hamza has also been very nice and helpful in fixing things in the apartment. The amenities at JUXT are great as well!

Just moved out of Juxt after 4 and a half wonderful years. The apartments and entire community were lovely. The leasing staff and the maintenance staff were such a pleasure to work with and took incredible care of me and my dog Sykes. Sara in particular was a wonderful presence in our lives and was always helpful and cheerful. We will really really miss living here!
