So to start this is probably the worst place I lived in, I would rather live under a bridge. The area is super dangerous especially at night my wifes car has been broken into multiple times. I also was attacked by a homeless man in the parking lot, and one time I met the security here one time when I was walking my dog and they gave me there number and after that day I never say them again and they never pick up, and there need to be security here. My laundry machine has been broke on my floor for like 5 months already, and when I go to the office to address the problems there’s no one there it’s like no one works here. It fells like they never do maintenance on this place ever. The elevator has been broken for 3 months already. The hygiene is disgusting I went to the hottub one time and there was fecal matter floating in the hot tub. I could go all day about this place that’s just some of the things. Chris the little man the works in the office has the biggest attitude out of anybody I have ever met in my whole life, he’s always on a power trip. Oh yeah and don’t trust the pictures on the website, when I came here for a viewing they should me nicer rooms and when I book it I thought they were all the same but no I got the downgrade room and they were literally advertising the high and rooms for the price of the other once. Huge false advertising.

This is the worst place to rent. I lived here for a year and I regret it. In December there was no warm/hot water for weeks and they did not do anything about it. Living without warm water during the winter for weeks is completely unacceptable. I finally moved out a week ago and I have received additional charges that I need to pay. They are charging me over $300 for cleaning the apartment and carpet cleaning even though I left the apartment in good condition. Also, when I moved in, the place wasn’t even clean. This is just a few examples of why this is not a good place to rent.

Moved in in July and since then have been without warm water (shower and sinks) on three separate occasions, each time averaging a minimum of 5 days before I have warm water again. There are break-ins between the main building and the parking garage weekly (if not multiple times a week - I don’t know anyone who’s car has not been broken into). The amenities are rarely open. Dog parks are consistently littered with food scraps, cigarettes and poop. Tower 2 has had water leaking in the lobby since I moved in. Tower 1 constantly has homeless people in the lobby after the office closes. The elevators have not properly worked since before I moved in and it’s not uncommon to wait 10 mins for the single working elevator (which is a must as my elderly dog cannot do stairs and is too large to carry) Absolutely not worth the price to live here. The only good part of the building are Chris Salerno and Chris Cheers, but their help and kindness only goes so far.

Where should I begin. Honestly please do not allow this building to fool you. The pictures on the website are not the condition of the building today. I am not sure how old these pictures are but they are not new what so ever. Everything is constantly broken in the building the elevators have been down for 8 months. Communication is non-existent someone broken into the storage area where packages are held and dropped off. And it’s been over two months and you can’t fix the lock or the glass is a bit ridiculous. The hallways constantly smell like trash, recycling pick up does not exist. The laundry room has constant broken machines, the pool was not operating for three months last summer. The office staff are pretty much non-existent and completely disregard your complaints. They replaced everyone’s lighting last year but never came To paint the area they were suppose to. It’s honestly just sad that they are building so many nice buildings in this area and you can find much nicer buildings just across the street charging the exact same price. And as normal someone will comment on the post but nothing will actually be done. Until the updates have been complete rent needs to be decreased.
