I have dealt with a lot of med students through UW, obviously it’s a teaching hostpital but after my last visit to Mountlake E.R. I will never return to a UW facility. The male med student that was helping to get all of the details of why I was there made a pompous & rude comment, referring to people coming to the E.R. Because everyone thinks they have cancer now a days. People go to the doctor because it’s too common to have cancer & not be aware until a doctor is intelligent enough to open their eyes. His comment made me sick to my stomach. I sincerely hope he obtains a better attitude for patients and a better mind set. My husband died of cancer after many staff failures at UW & my mother was mis-diagnosed 3 times by 2 different doctors until a doctor finally took the proper steps to look at the problem instead of assuming. I left this urgent care with no answers and disappointed at what my money paid for. To the med student, I hope you look at the whole issue of the next patient because you have people lives in your hands, assumptions are not good enough.

Food was excellent, very friendly nurses. Yes, I had to wait a little for help but they were always nice and always asked if I needed anything else.

I Was diagnosed with a rare cancer in the heart and had all my chemotherapy treatments done here. My open heart surgery was also done here. The staff I was assign were always so helpful and caring. Special thanks to Grace in the 7th floor SE she was always trying to convince me to eat and do exercise to stay healthy and strong. My oncologist is doctor Wagner who has an awesome team working along him. My surgeon was Doctor Khorsandi who made me feel safe about my big surgery and was caring. Who also has an awesome team working along him. Everyone at this hospital has been very caring and supportive. I’ll be having my radiation soon and will also be using this same hospital. Thank you to all the staff here truly blessed to have such awesome people working hard to keep us alive

If caring equaled cure all who enter UW Medicine would exit healed. The constant kindness shown by the entire staff at this force for good health in Washington was amazing. A less than 10 second hallway pause spawned unsolicited 'do you need help?' offers. My tearing up request that a UW staff member pray for my friend Shawn was greeted by a 'let's pray now' heartfelt response outside a bank of elevators. The good energy shared throughout this healing place combined with unparalleled physician and nursing expertise resulted in the best possible outcome for our very ill friend. Dr. Patel and Dr. Humphrey plus your excellent team--my sincere thank you. UW Medicine is a treasure and represents world class people offering world class patient care.

College Inn. Your best bet is to do google search just type in Hotels near UW Med Center pick the name of the one you want to stay at. Then go to a website or app like Travago or something like that and you lookup that hotel and you will possibly get a really good discount on a room. Hope that helps and your stepfather feels better.🙄
Anytime because they are emergency doctors always ready for you. Easy parking.
The Triangle Parking Garage is underground, across the street from the hospital. From N.E. Pacific Street, turn onto N.E. Pacific Place, then make a quick right turn into the the North side After parking, use the underground walkway to get to themedical center. The Surgery Pavilion Parking Garage is under the Surgery Pavilion at the east end of UWMC- Montlake. From N.E. Pacific Street, turn into the Emergency Department (ED) entrance. Drive past the ED to a stop sign. Follow the signs to the Surgery Pavilion Parking Garage. Disability Parking The Triangle and Surgery Pavilion Garages have disability parking, including spaces for wheelchair vans. Height restrictions are: Triangle Garage: 6 feet, 8 inches Surgery Pavilion Garage: 9 feet, 6 inches Patients with disability or mobility parking needs may also use valet parking. Wheelchairs and escort services are also available at the main entrance.
You have a covid questionnaire and get a screening sticker. If you want to go to a room to visit you have to have a special sticker. You have to stay in the room and if you leave the room you have to leave the hospital and wait until the next day to visit again.
Please go see a doctor if you have medical concerns.
Can't say I was in a hospital room
The Surgery Pavilion parking garage would probably be the closest parking for this clinic. There is also valet parking at the main entrance. You can also use the triangle parking garage if the other one happens to be full.
