These guys that work here are dumb, I called for pin’s for my excavator bucket tooth and they said they had some when I got there the guy shows me pins for a tractor unbelievable after I had told him it’s for a excavator, then he tells me go to the west Sac location like it’s a joke! Why didn’t you tell me on the phone! I drove 30 minutes for no reason! Very unprofessional will not ever go there again!

I am writing for my husband, Steve Dougan. He and my son-in-law went there to get a new belt for his John Deer riding lawn mower. This is the second time they have gone there. They talked to Denis, the service director. He had such a good experience last time he was there that he asked for him again. Soon as they walked in, Denis got up to help my husband, Steve. Denis dropped whatever he was doing to help him. He had the belt put in and ready to go in minutes. It is hard to find service that good, quick, and with such a wonderful attitude. Denis is the reason we will keep telling everyone to get their service and new equipment at Valley Truck and Trailor in Elk Grove. Ask for Denis Anisodon.

I want to thank Denis Anisodon for helping my father in law. He had an issue with the riding lawn mower belt. We brought it to the shop and Denis stopped what he was doing to fix it on the spot. This is the second time Denis has helped my father in law with his mower. Both times fixed it on the spot. My father in law tried giving Denis a $ 20.00 to buy a good lunch and Denis politely declined. Its hard to find good working people nowadays. I highly recommend this business.

These guys are pretty good so far. This was the first time I have shopped at Valley Truck & Tractor. I bought a chainsaw. No reason to think that they won't be just as good in the future. I would definitely shop there again.
