If you're looking for strawberry plants and more variety of lavenders than 2 (Spanish & French) types at big stores, then this nursery is for you. They also have great bark sizes for orchid along with rocks for top dressing your plants. Only wish they would carry the clear orchid pots too. Happy gardening!

If its a plant that can grow in your region, this store will have it. The staff is very helpful with information on plants and giving ideas for which plants may do well in certain areas. I'd recommend taking pictures of the space you're looking to add a plant to as this will help the staff give you the best suggestions. Sign up for the newsletters for info on sales, tips for plants, and other ideas.,

I am absolutely in love with Green Acres for the unique plants they carry to the knowledgeable and helpful staff. I can always find a friendly face. Diego has been my go to guy for a lot of questions from orchids to succulents to soils and pots. I have been a transplanting fiend the past 3 weeks as it has been my happy spot during some stressful days. Loving how my “Birds Garden Sanctuary” has transformed over the years and Green Acres has helped bring some unique finds to add to the lushness. I make visits Whenever I need a lift to my day, whether to make a purchase or just stroll through. Always a sense of peace.

What a great nursery - knowledgeable staff. Friendly, and encourages you to bring in your dog with water and treats for them. The variety of plants from succulents, perennials and annuals was tremendous with substantial numbers of each kind. Plants seemed healthy and well cared for. Inside were all kinds of watering solutions , garden decorations and patio furniture. The number of umbrella, table, chairs, sofa, fire pit combinations on display was certainly sufficient to allow you to make a good choice for your outdoor living.

No. The best place to get the plant is to order it from thewasabistore.com. The ryzomes are very good quality.
yes, multi graft pluot available. single fruit not in yet. remember pluots need pollinator
Hi Earl, those are in stock now. You can always call ahead of time and they can tell you what they currently have in stock and then you can ask them to place it on hold.
They have several varieties: red, valley, and cork oak in stock. An example the red oak is in a 15 gallon pot and costs $85. They have other varieties available such as evergreen but it needs to be ordered.
Hi Marianne, Earl is correct. We will have the plants in spring. We have a great selection of seeds!
yes
Hello Betty, We deliver plants within a local vicinity. There is a minimum order for free delivery, or a cost associated if you don't make the minimum order amount. The closer you are to the store, the lower the cost for delivery. We don't ship to other parts of California or the country as of now.
no try BT
Yes, they have everything....cool place....
Call them! Their customer service is great, very knowledgeable. But call on a weekday. They're packed in the weekend!
I would suggest you call Green Acres and ask for that specific plant.
Also call multiple locations their plant selection and amount available can very between locations.
Bare root plants should of already been planted if you go with potted plants after first frost
I don't work there, but reasonably sure they have both. Suggest you give them a quick call and find out about prices, availability, and varieties.
Best to give them a quick call, there may be pricing options due to age/size of the plants. On a side note, we have a Fuyu Persimmon Tree and it provides wonderful fruit each year.
I believe I saw them there!
I'm not sure if they do carry them, they do have rows and rows of hydrangeas.
Everyone must wear masks, employees sanitize the carts after each use, and much of the store is outside. When it's busy it's hard to socially distance.
Same answer as Chris. They are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
Hello, yes we still have veggie starters. The best way to verify the selection is to call the nursery directly.
Not sure x's you would need to call the store. I known they had them.
I have never seen one there. Might be worth giving them a call though
Yeah they do
Hello. I'm a customer of Green Acres that does reviews and answers questions for people like yourself. So...I'm not positive they have 1 gallon pots but I'm 90% sure they do. They have a pretty good selection of pots in all kinds of shapes for indoor and outdoor.
They do!
I really don't know, but you can phone. Try the Elk Grove store they have a large selection of practical everything. People there are friendly and are happy to help you find what you are looking for.
Did not look for " forget-me-nots". However, Green Acres has been my ho to nursery for years. I have never walked out unsatisfied.
They probably do but calling is always best to get a current stock check
They have everything you could possibly need 😁
It's a little early to plant them. If this is a present, give a gift certificate (dress it up with pictures) and buy the real thing in a few months, when they will have a bigger selection.
Not sure, give them a call. . .
Yes but call to confirm
I've never been able to find a weeping bottlebrush. Maybe they will special order it.
Plant in spring when bare root trees arrive. You will need at least two for pollination unless you get a multi - grafted one. The number you plant is limited only by the space you have!
No deliveries
Call and ask
I do believe a month ago and I went over there that they did have some lithops. The best selection of succulents by far is at Annie's Nursery in Richmond. Check out their website
Hi James, we do carry Clematis. You can always call the nursery ahead of time and they can tell you current availability. You can then ask them to place it on hold for you.
Hi Charles, our nurseries carry a variety of herbs you can cook with! We have basil, chives, and cilantro just to name a few.
Hello Duane, yes we do. Stop in to check out our selection. Thanks for checking with us!
I would recommend giving them a call for stocking inquiries. These questions go to other Google users who have visited the location.
Please call Green Acres. This is not the nursery web site.
Hi Mike, Yes, please bring sealed bags of samples in any time and we can help to identify pests and disease. Thanks for checking with us!
Hello Ms. Parker, we do carry that item, but the best way to get current availability is to call the store directly. They can arrange to hold it for you. Thank you for checking with us.
It will kill the bees. Figure out what lists you have and find a better way to deal with them. They can advise you at the store. You can even bring a sample in a sealed plastic bag and they can ID it and give you advice.
Hello Carolyn, yes, we do carry that variety. Although we do not have them in stock currently. Please check back as the citrus availability from growers can be a little inconsistent right now.
No
They should already have a bunch in by now. Definitely call and ask
Hello Cherie, we are happy to help. Do you know the name of the variety? https://idiggreenacres.com/collections/roses Here is the list of the varieties we will be carrying this year. Unfortunately, if you don't see your variety on the list we won't have access to it from the grower. Feel free to call the store directly to see current availability as it can change quickly in spring. Hope this helps!
They are probably the best option for that sort of thing.... its definately worth a trip and seeing.... talking to the folks there, they really know thier stuff
Why don't you call them
No, unfortunately they don't
I would, they are really mindful of their customers concerns..
Going into the store allows you to see what you are getting and hear the sounds before you bring it home. They do have a good selection.
Hi Elizabeth. We do carry all of the drip parts and can show you how to assemble. Kits are tough because every situation is different, so what you need may be done a number of ways. We have everything to make your system last and work efficiently. And our team will be happy to walk you through it.
You could call them?
I have been most pleased with the help at Green acres. It doesn't cost anything to ask for their advice, and they do sell soil.
They have mint plants.
They do have it but for specific size better give them a call
Heirlooms are $45.00 and Tea Rose's are $29.99. Hope this helps.
You can call anytime during regular business hours and they wouls be able to tell you if they have it in or would be able to get it for you. They have very good customer service in that respect, may put you on hold a couple of times but they'll get back to you
We carry Preen. Not sure the difference between regular Preen and Preen One. Hope that helps!
Hi Lori, Not sure what the Bacon plant is? We have Avocado trees of the 'Bacon' variety in stock sometimes. Avocados are evergreen. Hope this helps!
Yes, we do have Peonies now. Supplies can be limited in winter, but now we have them and they are blooming!
You are going to have to give them a call about that
