Worst care ever. Waited 4 hours in the ER while being given the run around. Nurses and doctors were laughing out loud in the corridor and making jokes while my son was in pain from a broken eardrum. Left the hospital without even seeing a doctor. I'll give it zero star if I could.

Dr. Lawrence Cetrulo operated on my dad. He had colon cancer and his bowel perforated Friday March 13. Since Swedish was full Northwest took him. Emergency Room was great. When he was transferred to special care, they didn't even know he had surgery the next day. Dr. Cetrulo forgot to tell them. Then he just suggested my dad get hospice. He didn't report the findings to us, despite my multiple calls every day for two weeks. We didn't find out for 4 weeks that he had Stage 4 cancer. Then Dr Cetrulo did not transfer the records to Swedish so his primary card physician could see them. I have little hope that he will respond to the oncologist requests. Shabby way of treating my dad. Just because you're old, you don't just let people die or tell their family what the prognosis is. His office is extremely hard to reach... no emails listed anywhere

Note, I've never been to this Northwest location before. Any new patients should definitely go at least 15 min before check-in because the parking lots/buildings and construction is a confusing maze. Upon arrival, I was required to take a ticket for parking. No one on the phone scheduling or in the Dr office indicated that this was a paid parking facility and that parking would not be validated. When leaving, I mentioned to the red headed older lady at the booth that I wish I had known about parking. "Well the rates are posted right there when you come in." I told her, "I meant that I was never told by my provider this is paid parking without validating/reimbursement." "She quipped back, "Well they should have, and shame on your office then." She then handed me back my card, and I left. $4 for 1-2 hours, and goes up from there. Only free parking is if you are there under 30 minutes, which let's be honest only applies if you carpool and had someone drop you off. Dr visit itself was fine, but the parking situation left a sour taste in my mouth.

UW medical center staff and doctors are excellent. Getting checked in and speaking with the receptionist to pick up my brother from a recent surgery went super smooth. My brothers Dr. came out and talk to me in detail what to expect from my brother surgery and the medication he needs to be taking. Outstanding medical treatment. Parking not so much.

The back side of the hospital, if your going for your vaccine there will be signs, pull through the gate and head to the left.
Have you called the hospital directly? Why do you think he would be at this hospital?
You would need to contact your insurance provider directly and ask thst question as all policies and providers vary. Good Luck!
No, security is 24-7 here on site. Parking attendant is 6 Am to 10 PM.
Ask for a face shield at the admitting desk by Starbucks. The ER has them for PPE along with masks, that should be a good intermediate option for you while transcribing. Just pull down the mask temporarily when you need to.
Oh, good luck searching. Could you find it? :(
Contact human resources and they will be happy to answer any questions about open positions
Call the main number and ask for the lab front desk.
I notice no doctor
As far as I know its Emergency room you would have to go different clinic
24/7
With the hippa laws its almost impossible.....
Not that I'm aware of......we have been going up there for a couple of years now...
