I hate this service. I only have internet service. That being said i very seldom have service. It goes off and on and is most often off. Cannot stay on line long enough to pay a bill.Have called them and waited online for someone to answer for an hour or more. They sent someone out twice and they didnt touch anything. Just looked and said everything is good. Its NOT good if i cant connect my computer or brand new phone and stay connected.

This is in regards to my cable service. All 3 tv’s are not working. It says service interrupted call provider. I did, I was connected to some man in Dallas Texas whom I had to ask to repeat everything he said. He took my information which I had to repeat also. His last question was how much was I paying for my service. What difference does that make? I hung up on him. I tried called the local number, no ringtone then disconnected. I am so aggravated in this service.

Worst internet provider I have EVER used. Once a month, I have issues with my service. Always state there is “an outage in your area.” Seriously…EVERY MONTH! Replace my equipment and STILL have issues. What a joke.

Kind of crappie that they dropped NBC. I don’t think that it is too much to ask of a cable company to carry the major networks. When I asked about it I am told to get a digital antenna and get Roku or pay for NBC subscription service. I don’t think I should have to pay for additional equipment or services to get a channel my cable company should provide.
